By accessing or using PromptToBook, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

PromptToBook is an AI-powered platform that helps users create ebooks. The service includes niche validation, outline generation, chapter writing, and export tools.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use PromptToBook. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create using PromptToBook, including books, chapters, and outlines. By publishing a book publicly, you grant PromptToBook a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PromptToBook to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limits
Reverse-engineer or scrape the service
Impersonate another person or entity

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Free accounts are limited to 1 book. Pro subscriptions unlock unlimited book creation. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing or distributing it. PromptToBook is not liable for the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

PromptToBook is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
